I have to totally agree with you, but as mentioned by BNGHelp6, the issue seems to lie with the overly aggressive filter on Steam's side. I don't consider "lesbian" to be a bad word and companies that purport to stand for LGBT should be the last ones to be this discriminatory. Talking about discrimination, though their censoring is at times infuriating, usually it is just downright silly. I remember trying to message my fireteam "picking up orb" and "picking" was censored to "***king". I mean, really? "pic" was offensive or was it just too close to "dic"? Anyways, I've been thinking of contacting Steam and complaining, so thx BNGHelp6 for the link to Steam Support. I'll have to put in my own complaint, though I don't think it would be a first...which means that there is little to no reason to expect any sort of change from their end. At least it will be something to get off my mind and move on...kind of like the, in my opinion, the useless in game "report cheating" feature. I mean, really...who has the time to sift through the thousands of reports that are probably made on a daily basis?
