I can't get the black armory machine gun, hammerhead.

So me and my friend are on the last step of the black armory quest, which is to complete a forge ignition activity. When we complete it, (it's the forge on earth,) nothing happens. Any advice on how to fix this?

Is it Volundr that you beat? Have you gone back to Ada-1 to make sure you've completely formed the frame?

Do you have the machine gun weapon frame quest in inventory? Did y’all actually complete the forge by beating boss before time expires?
