Y'know, I don't want there to be any hard feelings between us, Skullduggery. You know what I am? I'm a toxic player chasing toxic people. I wouldn't know what to do with one if I caught it! I just do things. The players has plans. Bungie's got plans. Y'know they're schemers. Schemers trying to control their little worlds. I try to show the schemers how pathetic their attempts to control things really are. So when I say that you and this game was nothing personal, you know I'm telling the truth. It's the schemers that put you where you are. You were a schemer, you had plans, and, uh, look where that got you. I just did what I do best. I took your little plan, and I turned it on itself. Look what I did to this city with a few drums of nerfs and a couple of buffs, hmm? You know what I noticed? Nobody panics when things go according to plan. Even when the plan is horrifying. If before I told the press that, like, OEM grants overshield, or the Recluse is the best SMG, nobody panics. Because it's all part of the plan. But when I say that one little nerf will come to one of them, well then everybody loses their minds! Introduce a little complaint. Upset the established sandbox and everything becomes meta. I'm an agent of meta. Oh, and you know the thing about meta? It’s fair.

Im fine with this stuff from the artifact working in pvp. Hopefully, it changes whats strong from season to season.

Pretty sure somewhere they said they'd be introducing stuff that maybe OP but it would only last for the season. I find the only annoying thing is worm husk that gives a brief over shield at the same time (and I should know cause I'm using it on my hunter). Apart from that if I get one shot punched then realistically I'm too close.

3 RepliesIf crucible had just one weapon (the same weapon), no abilities, no heavy, no supers, no mods,....there will still be people complaining about something. This community is the worse for complaining. Just look at this forum in general, its just a giant complaint form for Bungie.

Thundercoil is what allows for 1 shot melee builds. Arc Battery is what all the hunters are using to get an overshield when they dodge. I don't think either belong in Crucible personally.

Do you mean thundercoil? Arc battery gives over shield, also they should just make the last 2 rows not work in PvP since I don’t think people are complaining about people reloading quicker.

I could understand if the mods were rng but every player has equal access to them it could be worse. Besides in a month it will be something different.
