Error when logging in on PS4
For some weird reason, whenever I click login on one of my guardians, I get an immediate black screen afterwards. I can hear that I can open directory and inventory but I can’t see anything. Can someone pls help me out

1 ReplyDoing a full clear of your cache usually clears this. Close everything Shut console down Unplug for a full 5 mins this is important Then restart and try again.

PSN servers are having issues. You can check their own site for info. Always check the platform support sites first, to see if there’s server/network issues for your respective platform.
