After activating cross save in October I lost all of my special emblems like the black armory and season of opulence bungie store emblems, and others. After deactivating cross save, which I thought would fix the problem, nothing has happened. The app also still says cross save is activated after going through the deactivation process. It also says my Xbox gamertag is my PSN account name, which it is not. One more problem I recently experienced was not being able to redeem my Garden Of Salvation raid jacket emblem. I am very upset with these issues because I spent a lot of money and time just for them to disappear. Any potential solutions would be greatly appreciated. -Alex
