Once again, a simple yes or no question has gone unanswered in relation to continual let downs for PC Move.
Having recieved confirmation that some steam accounts will be IMPOSSIBLE to migrate to after an issue, I have been ignored ONCE AGAIN when asking if there will be refunds or steam keys for DLC we are currently unable to access after having bought it OVER A YEAR AGO. This is rediculous, having to wait over 3 weeks for any form of response, just to then be ignored again for another week.
So, will it be possible to recieve a refund for, or a Steam key for, Forsaken, as we have already purchased it and lost 2 years worth of character progress???
