Cant Equip Telesto!?

Please someone help me! i cant equip my telesto! I took off all exotics, i tried dropping in bank, tried destroying it and remaking it. none of these work please help!

Telesto has been disabled due to an exploit some players found. Bungie has a fix and I think it will be Thursday update.
