Black Armory Key Mold
I sadly used my Black armory Key and it got consumed but I didnt get progress on the quest.
Since i cannot reaquire the Quest from ADA-1 it seems like i'm locked out of getting Izanagis burden.
Is there a way for me to restore the Keymold quest or the Key itself?
if not can a Bungie Employee restore it for me?

as of now the new update has moved me back to the key mold step from bergusia max temper and ada still won’t give me the mold again :/ looks like it’s gonna be another week

1 ReplyI also lost mine after wasting a full day completing the mold steps, the only question i have is just why dont they give the Izanagis burden to everyone who has the box, ive been trying to complete the quest for almost 2 months now

Just posted the exact same thing. It would be nice if Bungie laid out what the plan is. There has to be a way to recover the key mold. Worse case, they just put the quest step back into our inventory and we have to re-grind this step. Best case, the previously submitted step actually registers and we continue on the quest (hopefully, bug-free).

Lost my black armory key after the “fix” last week. Is this fix being worked on? Will I get progress or have to redo this quest that took me days to finish ? Really annoying

2 RepliesWhy can’t they just answer if I’ll get my key back? I literally can’t even get the quest anymore. I did hours of BS grinding to finish that ridiculous quest to even get the mold, and now my key is gone because I trusted when they said it was fixed on Tuesday. I’m so pissed off

I also used mine the other day and it disappeared. Will there be a way to get the key mould back or am I just stuck with this box in my inventory now?

1 ReplyI just forged it and used it... Waited 3days for the Bergusia Forge to rotate in, happily apply the key and nothing. I hope it will work out in a few hours.

Yea had the same problem, but I am more concerned about the fact whether it'll be refunded or not... or will I have just wasted lots of time...

I just done it too, disappeared. Came back, and have been enjoying things. These damn exotic quests being bugged, if they don't restore what Ive done...I'm probably done.

Same issue here, been grinding for it and now that the forges are on rotations missed burgusia forge twice. Finally after completing it yesterday, I end up loosing the key and the mold without getting any progress. Sigh...! I wish i had known earlier. Is there any way out from this loop will dismantling the "Lock & Key" quest will allow us to reacquire the quest on the same character ?

1 ReplyMost of us have grinned out for the keymolds and in addition have to wait daily for the right forge to be in the playlist in order to get the keys back, in addition there are already known issues about the next step with the obsidian shards will that all be resolved by the next hotfix? this quest seems to have been bugged since its release in the black armory season.

Same thing happened to me. Pretty frustrated. Hope they make the fix easy so I’m not continuing to grind like I have been. I know a lot of people are pissed about this right now and rightly so
