Refund for festival of the lost ornaments
So, I expected the festival of the lost ornament for my hunter to give me all 3 colors.
So i think "Why not?" So I decide to purchase it, with nothing saying otherwise.
I look at my ornaments list, only blue is the option.
I'm not quite a fan of blue, honestly I was hoping for red. Once again, why not have all three colors?
I don't like that. I didn't want blue. There was nothing that told me that I'd only get blue.
So, I'm here attempting to get my silver back, not even asking for cash, as i know i'll eventually spend the silver. But I do want the silver back for the ornaments. Maybe I'll get the warlock instead since that one is red? Although I don't play on the lock anywhere near as often. Aw well.
Otherwise, thank you!
Edit: please don't assist if you're not a bungie employee. I hate that i can't just contact them for this, has to be public. Quite disappointing.

2 RepliesYou get what you see. "There was nothing that told me that I'd only get blue." But on the other side it does not say that it comes in all three colors. So why would you assume that? You clicked on a color, you got that color.
