I think one thing that a lot of people would appreciate is a way to edit your character's looks (hair/eyes/even race) after they've initially been created. The idea of restarting my character's quest progress just because I hate the way they look is awful. If there was a way to just go to someone in the tower and change your appearance, people would eat it up. Possibly consumable tokens from Eververse. I really wouldn't mind paying $5 to change my character's race/appearance so I don't have to re-do every single questline on them.
