I think one thing that a lot of people would appreciate is a way to edit your character's looks (hair/eyes/even race) after they've initially been created.
The idea of restarting my character's quest progress just because I hate the way they look is awful. If there was a way to just go to someone in the tower and change your appearance, people would eat it up. Possibly consumable tokens from Eververse. I really wouldn't mind paying $5 to change my character's race/appearance so I don't have to re-do every single questline on them.

I wear a Helm for my Hunter cause my Human guy looks kinda, meh, if only they added more variety of customisation
-
1 ReplyI would love just to be able to change hair styles
-
4 RepliesJust keep your helmet on.
-
People been asking for this since d1
-
1 ReplyEdited by Knight: 10/28/2019 9:13:52 PMThe fact that this hasn’t been implemented is sad. I would never give $5 for something as trivial as this. How much money would you need to pay for this game at this point?
-
[I like the concept, but I’d rather it be a vendor and not cost real money if you don’t mind.]

My awoken female hunter always sports a white mustache in the tower due to bad lighting effects, so she's stuck wearing a helmet until Bungie applies a permanent fix. But I'm not holding my breath lol.

Is it eververse? Nope
so FK u

bunglestyle
-
I'm still waiting for the 'let players turn their character's head around during character creation' update.
sigh Perhaps in Destiny 3...
-
You mean like you've been able to do in other games for years? Saints Row IV was released in 2013 and you can change anything; ethnicity, sex, clothing, build, tattoos, jewelry, hair style and color, you name it. Bungie remains silent on the matter, but they are listening.
-
Edited by Roryrekr: 10/28/2019 11:56:55 PMYes Please but To my knowledge, Bungie has been dead silent on this since it was first asked for which tells me they cant do it (some codding problem) or just dont care about this topic. Somehow if all the people who have ever wanted this over the years upvoted one post im sure Bungie would at least acknowledge it.
-
Monster Hunter World did this and did it for free to people who bought Iceborne expansion. Meanwhile Bungie just keeps updating Eververse... joy.
-
4 RepliesLmao buddy please, just $5?? Hell no, they’ll make you pay $13.49 just to change ONE aspect of your character.
-
1 ReplyEdited by TheShadow-cali: 10/27/2019 2:43:28 PMOM, this has been asked for 5 years now. I know coding is work, but how hard is it to add to what they have used for 5 years now? Anyone... Wait, it took Bungie almost 5 years just so you hunters can see your entire cloak. NM, what I asked.
-
I would be totally fine with eververse offering an item for $5 that lets you change your characters appearance. Would be ever better if they really went all the way with the character customization, offering sliders like you'd see in a sims game (multiple sliders for molding a character's face and other aspects of their body).
-
While you're at it. Add new hairstyles and facial features.
-
True. Maybe add some more looks to where you can choose from.
-
2 RepliesThe fact they haven't done this this yet is puzzling. Especially with bungie pushing all things Eververse, the amount of cosmetics they could sell like new hairdos, beards, face markings, different faces, etc. I'm shocked they're not trying to make money off of this.
-
😁🍺We could pay in purple shards.
-
yes please i dont like my titan apparence
-
2 RepliesWhy? I wear a helmet and its an FPS
-
whoa don't give them the real money idea just for that dude. this should already be implemented into the game and you shouldnt have to pay for it
-
Yep. As someone who never spends money on in-games items, I would buy an appearance change.
this should be something in the game for free but whatever
