Let players choose armor affinity
I know you wouldn’t be able to slot a different elemental affinity if you already have those types of mods slotted. But if you were to add 3 mod slots to the right of the energy bar, once you slot in a different elemental affinity—it becomes its own loadout. You’d now have 3 loadouts in one piece of armor.

How about they just remove them all together? Weren't we supposed to be able to customize more? Doesn't feel like it.

Just have a new item that changes the elemental type of armor. That’s all that’s needed

2 RepliesMake it cost something to change the affinity too, but yes. Make the affinities drop as a consumable. So you have to “think about it,” and not just blindly spend shards or prisms.

No this is perfect! It keeps the player choice of opening doors at the cost of closing others, but eliminates the need to grind out the same armor 3x. So long as you like the stats. Honestly this would be the perfect middle ground

How about instead of nonrandom element on armor we get to pick the stats so have a 1/3 chance to get the element to want rather then then 7 layers of random that is the current stat system.
