I'm new to Destiny with New Light, and just hit level 33 on the free line of the season of undying pass, where I obtained a nostalgic engram. When I took it to the eververse lady, as soon as I asked her to open I lost connection to the servers. When I logged back in, it is registering as having been opened, but I have received no items from it. I am 100% sure, having scoured my collections and inventory. No part of my inventory is full, as I recently cleaned it out, so II see no reason why this could have been avoidable on my part. Is there anything that can be done about this? I know it's a smallish thing, but I still feel kinda cheated. Thanks
