I'm 950 Gear - No 951's from Iron Banner
I don't expect to get what I should've gotten, but I just wanted to report that I am 950 Gear Power on all my Characters but Iron Banner's quest nor Bounties have given me Pinnacle rewards (951's).

The only conclusion or reason for this that I can come to is because my only 950 helm is from Year 2, my Crown of Tempest. The game doesn't recognize any Armor for 591-560(Pinnacle) drops unless it's Armor 2.0?
