[Bug] Horseshoes and Hand Grenades daily Vanguard bounty completable in open world
[b]Edit: Lol sorry this is normal apparently. I guess I'd say it feels silly to divert from Vanguard bounties being only strikes, but that's just me.[/b]

I grabbed a bunch of bounties for the day and did some non-strike activities, then while I was in Dreaming City this bounty was completed as I 'naded some Scorn.
This is on PC.
