Black armory key mold
I’ve completed the first three steps of the lock and key quest, and now a google search is telling me Ada should be giving me a black armory key mold, but she isn’t.
My alt characters do not have the quest. I’ve gone to speak with Ada on each of them and she’s not offering it to them either.
Was this issue ever resolved? Is there anything else I can try.

3 RepliesYou can not get the key mold anymore from ada the quest is bugged after shadow keep release it's gonna be fixed in the next update which will be in the next weekly reset i suggest you farm bounties from ada and do forges and hope you drop a rare bounty get it ready for the quest step in the time you're waiting

why dosent bungie just autocomplete it i mean i wouldnt care but then again you have those pesky streamers so idk then again i wouldnt care the mold isnt hard to do the hard part is the rare bounty cause rng comes in to play but idk

Yeah, I have other alternative set ups for DPS that are viable.. but this would make things a lot easier for me if i were able to switch my load out around. Really annoyed this isnt fixed yet, and now we have to wait another 4 days just to re do this damn forge if they do fix it. Come on bungie.

Bungie is working to fix this issue a lot of people have this issue so all we can do is wait

Edited by xRev703: 10/19/2019 6:25:30 PMYeah this has been a known issue if you check the very first post by bungie you'll see it's on the top of their priority list just please be patient I'm with you guys cause I didn't play much during black armory and it sucks not having it for the final encounter but there are other options you can use but obviously not as optimal. Correction I'll hold my rare bounty until the fix hits lol forgot that's a thing. But yeah this all had to do when they merged the armories into a rotation, aka the quests or trigger points no longer trigger certain NPC functions cause they don't exist anymore not sure why changes were made to the original content we should unlock them at our pace. But whatever its here now so gotta roll with the punches as they come.

Yep, same here. Picked up on my Titan, got the first three keys and there is nothing telling me too pick up the key mould, nor is there the option to pick it up from Ada. Can't believe that this far on from black armoury the main exotic quest is till riddled with issues that cannot be surpassed, and it sucks even more now that forges are available once every four days
