I understand your point of view but, I've just about completed the pursuit on 2 characters within 4-5 hours of playing last night. Also, doing the pursuit led me to using 2 weapons I haven't really used in the crucible and it turned out that those 2 weapons were very good. I wouldn't have use them otherwise. Plus if you're around 960LL, people just melt from your damage.
