Pain and Gain Risk Runner quest
Is it not attainable for your second character? Once you get to the room to grab the risk runner, nothing happens. No Risk Runner in my inventory. Then I cannot continue the quest.

You can only obtain the weapon once per account. When doing the quest on your second or third character you will not get the gun, however you can still complete the quest on those characters if you wish to.
