This is exactly like the bug with Cerberus+1 doing the exact same thing with its catalyst, only with Burden, it's the base exotic perk and it consumes your ammo. Edit: pulling out your ghost immediately after exiting inventory seems to interrupt the reload process and save your ammo Edit 2: Izanagi, not Iganazi Edit 3: Holding the interact button only precisely as long as it's needed will not trigger perk activation. Let go when you see the circle almost full. If the screen even remotely begins turns black at any point and your finger is still on interact, the gun will reload upon exit.
