Error Code Guitar On Gofannon Lost Forge Mission
On PlayStation 4, I was trying to do the forge quests but got stuck at the Lost Forge mission that unlocks Gofannon Forge. Every time I ran it (I ran it 9 times to make sure this was repeatable), the game froze then gave me error code guitar and booted me to orbit, right as the second wave of enemies spawn. This has made it impossible to progress any further in the quest as it is currently impossible to complete the mission. Anything I can do to fix this, or is this a bug?

The quest has been broken for everyone ever since all forges were made public.... I imagine it will simply be removed from the game in a future patch - there is no reward for it anyway so can just ignore.
