Firing Cadence and RPM for “Every Waking Moment” is kind of messed up.
While using the SMG Every Waking Moment you get from the lectern on the moon, it felt kind of like it was “skipping”, or “chugging”, like some bullets weren’t hitting when they should.
So, I went to the nearest wall, and found out that the weapon animation and sound effects don’t match the RPM if the weapon itself.

Sorry I don’t have a clip of me firing the weapon full-auto, but in this one, you can see the bullets fired from a number of bursts doesn’t match the sound or kick of the weapon itself.
Firing it on full auto also results in “skips”, where it sounds like the gun doesn’t shoot, but the sounds and kick of the weapon “catch up” later in the magazine, resulting in inconsistent recoil and missing some shots.
Just something I noticed.
