Hi BungieHelp,
I believe my Season Pass and Deluxe content has associated with my Steam account, despite my active characters being my PS4 cross-save. I wanted to run my Steam cross-save so I've tried to deactivate the cross-save to switch to my Steam characters, but the cross-save system is giving me an error saying Silver has been purchased on the Steam account recently when it hasn't.
Also of concern, the cross-save status screen says the steam account has zero silver, but when I go to the deactivate screen it now says the steam account has 700 silver and that I can't deactivate for 83 days due to purchasing silver.
Can you please investigate and switch my active account to Steam as clearly something is wrong in the cross-save system given the two pages are showing conflicting information regarding the steam silver status and that is triggering the error?
Thanks

2 RepliesHi there, Thanks for reaching out.
We have issued a fix for players who accidentally purchased content on an inactive account before enabling Cross Save. We have made a one-time attribution to grant the appropriate content. We’re working to make the process clearer to avoid future issues.
https://twitter.com/BungieHelp/status/1181389306193006594 Looking at your account it appears that you qualified for this fix, could you confirm that you now have Season Pass access on your PS4 account?

I went to enable and simply created a new save without erasing the old one but forcing me to start over 2 years from scratch, and I had bought silver about 2 days before doing it on psn which is the main account, bugging the disable and I can't even try to undo before 87 days, this is unfair because I spoil the contents of the fortress, I have no access to the pass, silver, purchased items, bungie just want my characters back so prevented from doing everything
