just relogged. decided to delete my old character and start fresh. upon creating, i started the "legacy" quests lines again. (going to play through it all again) Im confused because i have access to all skills even though i created a new character. Is leveling gone? am i missing something? the only leveling available is the "season rank" or season level. i thought max level is 50? any clarity on this is greatly appreicated.
