Hello
So a few days ago I finished up installing destiny on steam and I had some issues with code weasel and some visual issues. I wanted to ask on the forum how people can fix this, I forgot my old account but I managed to get in, checking my old account everything looks good. I decide to link my steam just so I can get the progress that I had. While I am doing the linking and everything Bungie doesn't warn you about any account restrictions your account might have so I just go ahead and finish it. I get kicked out of the game (Yes I was already playing Destiny setting up my graphics and recording some stuff) get kicked out and I'm banned apparently. I have a few questions for Bungie.
1) why was I banned, I mean I do remember being a bit of an ass to other people on some occasions, I used a xim 4 adapter with a controller and I probably have at least 5 programs that might get me banned (none of them intended for destiny or aim hacking or such) because I do some questionable work but I have never run those softwares while destiny was active, just want a reason tbh, that's all.
2) can this be fixed somehow, I did some research and seen banns are pretty irreversible but since someone manually banned me it could probably be a mistake? I work in a car factory and as a worker, I can say mistakes happen, some big some small but i have not met someone that has never made a mistake in his career.
3) if nothing can be done, would it be possible to get this "banned" account deleted? or at least unlinked because my father started playing shadow keep and I would love to play with him, even tho I have none of my progress back
Sorry for the trouble and have a nice day.

I completely understand that if I get banned I have to accept the consequences but I wish while doing the account linking Bungie would put a big popup "Your account has some restrictions" or something like that.
