Cross Save has wrong account active, can't play my characters.

PSN ID: Nuncio- Steam ID: Nuncio I am having a major problem and I am hoping you can help me. I wanted to move over to playing Destiny on the PC when Shadowkeep released, so a month back I enabled Cross Save and set up two of my Ps4 characters to be synced and linked to my Battle.net account at the time. Before the release the site asked to link Steam accounts to do the PC migration so I did that as well. Once Shadowkeep released I installed the game on Steam and when I got in I had no characters. I waited a day to see it something needed to update with the Cross Save and then I went through the character creation screen on a class I didn't sync so I could see if the others were available on the character creation screen. They weren't there either. When I go to [url]https://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/Settings/254/6900218?category=Accounts[/url] I see it shows that the Steam account is marked as my "Active Characters" instead of the PS4. I can't make any changes to Cross Save without locking it out for 90 days, so I am hoping you can change the setting to my PS4 account is the "Active Characters"? I don't care if the Steam character gets deleted it wasn't played. I filled out a support ticket on launch day, but I haven't heard any updates, Case ID: 2207. Thank you.
