In order to initiate Battle.net to Steam PC Move, you must have an eligible Battle.net platform account linked to your bungie.net profile that has not been part of previous migration.

Hi. If your migration failed, you'll need to go to our [url=https://www.bungie.net/PCMove]PC Move page[/url] and do it again.

I have the same problem, I had no clue about any of this and now I cant do anything about it but I guess post on the forums and hope for help
