I managed to run Destiny 2 Shadowkeep on initial launch until I was disconnected from over capacity error earlier today. I logged off after being unable to connect to Destiny 2 servers and came back hours later only to encounter the error "Content Files Locked". I reinstalled the game a few times, verified integrity of files and cleared download cache and still getting the error "Content Files Locked". I am running Windows 10 and current version of Steam. Update: problem solved by disabling anti-virus completely.
