Steam account character doesn't match Cross Save characters. How to get Cross Save characters onto Steam?
I have 2 characters on Cross Save that I have uploaded from Xbox. These are the 2 main characters that I want to use for Shadowkeep. But my Steam account only shows the Battle.net character that I made previously. I do not want to use this one for Shadowkeep. How can I transfer my 2 Cross Save characters to Steam? I have already linked Steam to Cross Save but the Cross Save characters do not show up in "My Transfer Details" on the "PC Move" screen.

7 RepliesThis is normal! The pc move is only to MOVE your pc info (characters/licenses/etc) from blizzard to steam.
