They are doing the same thing to gambit and vanguard pinnacles. What's your point?

Believe me, it [i][u]needs[/u][/i] to die. D1 Trials started a fire, but Comp was the catalyst that erupted it into the shitstorm that it became.

I play comp because it’s got better game modes than QP. Connections are better. Teammates and enemies are generally better which makes is more fun. There’s really nothing wrong it tbh, next season will be even better because of solo queueing playlists and being able to select Survival as a game mode.

It’s not as much of an issue with Comp itself as much as it is the outlying stuff it affected. More activity of cheaters and the people who run paid services, greater general toxicity in PvP, hell, they had to nerf Luna’s/NF because of how prevalent and overpowering they were in non-comp playlists alone, never mind the meta shift. Comp is great on paper, but I can’t help but feel that Bungie just didn’t implement the right way.
