Steam Preorder and folder question
So I did the preorder for Shadowkeep through steam and already have the link thing taken care off but my question is, do I have to uninstall blizzard's verson of destiny to and redownload steams verson of the game? The mirgration thing on steam doesn't seem to work all that well.

1 ReplyEdited by SonicFusion: 9/26/2019 7:54:50 AMAllo there, You will need to download Steams version of Destiny 2. You can safely remove Blizzards version but if you're still playing then leave that until the 30th when the 24 hour maintenance starts.

You will need to do a fresh install of the Steam version, especially since it is a different build of the game, with the New Light and Shadowkeep changes. You can safely uninstall the Bnet version of the game on September 30th, when the game goes down for the 24hr maintenance in prep for the launch, or anytime after that.
