I never understood people complaining about how powerful gears are in a game like Destiny, If you want a challenge, you can equip any of the shitty to mediocre gears available , there is no shortage of them.

1 ReplyThat or stop playing destiny. Bungie clearly doesn't want to make new AI or anything that actually challenges the player. It's just not meant to be a challenging game. It's a DPS race and avoid the wipe mechanic game.

4 RepliesHe came from WoW so I understand why he wants the game harder, he's even said that he realized a long time ago destiny will never be close to WoW levels in terms of difficulty b/c it's still an fps and a console game. BUT I do agree the game could be a little harder, just add back difficulties to everything like in D1

1 ReplyEverything bungie is changing is to extend the playtime of each player. They have to inflate the numbers to investors and what better way than to make activities last longer because they gimped your abilities.

8 RepliesDatto isn’t a bad dude from what I have seen. His videos can be helpful. You would think the opinion of an elite player who plays with other elite players as much as he does would have an opinion people could get behind, but this community just flat out sucks so that’s not a possibility. That being said, calling ANY game “too easy” is dumb. All games can be “easy” if you want them to be. Game developers try to cater to a large audience and if they made most content ultra-difficult people would whine. Remember timed nightfalls? Riven a week or two after Last Wish release? These forums were overflowing with salt about how difficult and “stupidly over complicated mechanics.” Datto is a bit disconnected there.
