So why is well of radiance and nova warp getting a nerf?
It literally makes no sense for well of radiance to receive a damage resistance nerf. One sniper head shot puts it down, one chaperone shot puts it down one shot from high impact fusions put it down. You're an exposed target. I don't even use this super in pvp but why.
Which leads me to why is nova warp getting a Nerf to damage resistance. It's not like as soon as I activate my super I can attack he'll each effective attack I need to fully charge my blast. It's not like spammed attacks

you know on casting you have armor ? and the nerf are for all supers
