Dropped yesterday, with explosive payload and Dragonfly! . Good roll?

The best perks for Subtle Calamity are Rampage/Dragonfly and Archer's Tempo.

I'd go for Archer's Tempo over Evplosive Head. If the Explosive Head kills the enemy, you miss out on the Dragonfly explosion.

Yes, EH with either rampage or dragonfly, with the respective mod on are OK but I don't use it much anymore except for bounties.

Explosive rounds work against outlaw and dragonfly if you think about it. Personally, I’m looking for a rampage roll.

Pretty good but explosive payload can rob you of dragonfly explosions.
