Locked out of my Xbox account from CrossSave due to purchasing silver recently.
After trying to do Cross Save and merge my Blizzard account an Xbox together and trying to make my XBOX as my MAIN. Some how the Blizzard account changed to my main Cross Save. And I tried to deactivate the account and I get an error 1 on my xbox account " cannot be unlinked for 33 days because you’ve purchased Silver on your Xbox Live account recently." I can not deactivate the account because of a silver purchase? I don't want to change over to do Cross Save or anything to do with it if I can't make or use my XBOX account. I can't even play right now. It says I don't have any characters on any account. Bungie, is there any way to just turn off Cross Save so I can just play my Xbox account? Please PM me is there is any solutions to this issue. I am a clan admin and I can't help any of my clan if I can not log on to help them. Please help? Thank you for your support!

1 ReplyHello, Thank you for your report. If currently logged in, please log out of Destiny 2 on all platforms. Once you log back in, your account should be configured with Cross Save enabled for your XBOX characters.
