Cross save problem with silver
I wanted to check out how cross save worked and I heard it could be deactivated . I moved my ps4 save to my xbox but now I cant undo. It says I have to wait 60+ days until I can unlink it because I purchased silver on my xbox save even though I'm being now forced to use my playstation save and want to switch back to the save I had made the purchase on. Please help because I kinda wanna play shaddowkeep on my xbox characters but for some reason I now cant switch back even though the reason it states is because of something I did on my xbox save. Can someone at bungie deactivate it?
I'd like to set my xbox as my active account

4 RepliesIf you activated cross save prior to the update to the cross save FAQ on the 22nd, Bungie will reset it for you. If it was after this update, you'll have to wait it out, unfortunately.
