How to unlink xbox account
Please help
Somehow unknown xbox account was linked to cross save but unable to unlink ? So now I am stuck on a page for me to Authenticate but it is not my xbox account. Please let me know how to unlink.

5 RepliesYou need to be able to log into it to unlink. So you can work with MS to recover the account info or If you cannot access the inactive account, the only way to proceed would be to move your legit accounts to a new bungie profile. Keep in mind doing so you will lose access to any code redeemed emblems that were associated with the old bungie profile.
