Was about to buy Destiny 2: Forsaken - Complete Edition on PC but accidentally already linked to Steam account

Yeah so I loaded up a good $40 worth of gift cards bought from Amazon and $2.29 from my personal cash on Battle.net cause I just activated Cross Save and wanted to get that PC experience since I am usually a console player. I thought the DLCs would transfer over but then I re-read the Steam migration FAQ and realized I messed up by already linking my Steam account. I know this situation is oddly specific but is there any way I can work this out to transfer the DLCs when I buy the Complete Edition cause I really don’t want the money to go down the drain as soon as Shadowkeep launches.

  • Had the same issue here, and also unsure. Seems like it's probably ok to do, but I can't help but worry

  • Based on responses by forum Mentors/Ninjas in other posts, as long as you’ve properly linked your Battle.net and Steam accounts, your licenses will still transfer over. The TWAB for today also addresses this, if you have not read it yet.
