Can't activate cross save. Please assist.
I want to activate cross save, but there is an old PSN account linked to my Bungie.net account. I can't unlink it because I don't know the email and password that was associated with that account.
Am I just unable to use cross save, or is there some solution that I'm not aware of?

Hi there. You may want to contact [url=https://support.playstation.com/]PlayStation Support[/url] about regaining access to this account. We are unable to remove accounts from your Bungie account.

I'd suggest trying to recover the old PSN account. If you are unable to authenticate the account at all, then your only alternative is to create a new Bungie.net profile and move all of the accounts you want linked together for enabling cross-save to that new Bungie.net profile.
