Merging to steam and cross save?
Cross save has not come out yet, but I wanted to put my Xbox account as my main so I can use it on PC, but that has not happened yet. Now the PC change to steam sign up starts today, but its just showing my battle.net characters (because cross save has not been initialized yet). If I do this steam connection or whatever, and then cross save when it comes out, will steam use my cross save chosen account instead of my PC one that I will have to connect it to right now? Should I wait to do cross save before connecting my Steam account?

1 ReplyHello, Steam Linking does not affect Cross Save. So you can link Steam to Battle.net today and then set up your Xbox account as your Cross Save account tomorrow.

Should be safe to do the BattleNet to Steam thing today. Your Bnet chars are shown because they'll still exist... they'll just be "hidden" once you activate cross-save tomorrow.
