Forsaken Problem
I get a warning that I need Forsaken, but I have bought it and it tells me to go to help.bungie.net/de, but I can't find help

Sounds like you bought the season pass but not Forsaken. They are different

If the message is about content not found then likely you just ought Forsaken Annual Pass which is a DLC for Forsaken. It does NOT include Forsaken, but Forsaken is required for the Annual Pass to work.
