I have no idea what you think is a good drop rate, but zero is awful, yet that seems to be the drop rate from crucible encounters. One shot deaths, glitchy players that are not where they seem to be, players who do not show up on radar. Yet in that mess of your creation you decide not to give the very thing a player has entered for. I have to ask, are you doing that to keep people playing crucible? The next issue is how is finding a better team for me to play against a better team when the player who just got 20 kills is on the next rumble as well. Did you think if he fought another match he would not be as good? I can tell you he was better, first match damage 4.3 second game damage 5.7. Two things could have gone wrong, the first is you fixed the second match. The second is you breaking the teams up is useless. There is no third option. It is your game, your rules, your match set ups.

All i did to get most of them was to keep playing pvp even though i hate pvp, they dropped really randomly, i didn't do anything specific. RNG is really awful
