Any one else feel they are asking ridiculous requirements for this solstice gear? I'm a yr 1 player, and it never been this much bs. With limited time to play ,seems this is aimed at the no lifers, and not the average player.

is 12/15 h for one legendary set, not a big problem

1 ReplyI play 2-3 hours a day IF I am lucky. I play Saturday but always skip Sunday. I have completed my Hunter set and should have BOTH my Titan and Warlock done by this weekend. You can complete multiple requirements at a time if you play smart. Really not that bad, I will say the 100 mini boss requirement did suck but they changed that and it is way easier now.

It's 15 hours over 4 weeks....

Luke Smith is saying the armor 2.0 will take weeks if not months until you get the set you want. They are adding layer upon layer 0f rng, its laughable.

I have had all 3 of my chars completed for a bit and I'm still shell shocked as hell. Hell I have ZERO desire to jump into Gambit/Prime at all and pre-Solstice I'd jump in for at least 1 match every single day. Heck the only thing I want to do is mindless activities. But I realized this morning I have not ran Menagerie since Solstice came out so I think I'll go have some fun in there tonight or tomorrow.

Edited by olly5656: 8/15/2019 9:07:23 PMHonestly it’s lazy and uncreative but it’s a month long event mainly meant for players that aren’t grinding every single piece of content/aren’t at max level. People like me who play daily have been had all 3 solstice sets or will soon, solstice is meant more for the new players to have something to look forward to heading to into Shadowkeep. For the rest of us it was something to do until September, but now October.

They have a whole month to complete the sets, which is plenty of time to complete at least one set while playing only a couple times a week. It only gets bad when you try to grind in order to get multiple sets done ASAP.
