If we want to switch gear during activities of any kind, it’s a detriment to the team play because we have to wait so long for it to simply load.(console) I would like to suggest/request an examination of the process and the drawbacks associated therein I had an idea about how to remedy this situation. Have a back-up armor slot than can be switched on the fly. Just like holding holding a button on weapons can switch elemental damage, overflow the magazine, etc;we could hold a button to switch instantly between the armor equipped and back up slot. Such an ability will increase complexity of builds but may also have a significant amount of customizable applications, strategy, and replay ability. As I see the wonderful creativity and ingenuity Bungie (as a whole) undoubtedly possesses, this “simple-not simple” change can potentially increase the already robust builds and gameplay meta exponentially.
