Major account issues - Chalice bugged, can't access Menagerie, can't start exotic quests
My GF and I play D2 regularly. Lately, we've noticed some major issues with her game:
She can't access the Menagerie, because apparently her Chalice is bugged - she does not have the Chalice Upgrade "circles" at the bottom, just the runes. The runes won't allow her to slot anything, "Quest Progress required". Her pursuit shows that she needs to complete a bounty from Werner, but he does not have any bounties for her.
We beat the "meatball" Primeval last night, and won the round, but she did not receive the Seething Heart - even though I did on my Warlock.
I also took her over to the spot on Titan to pick up the datapad to start the quest for Outbreak Perfected, and the datapad doesn't show up for her, even though it clearly shows up in front of her on my screen.
Please help, she's extremely frustrated - and so am I.

5 RepliesDude paragraphs for each issue. Outbreak did she complete enemy of my enemy? Seething heart isnt a guaranteed drop. Menagerie what does her chalic say?

I'm going to log into her account tonight after work and check quest progress for Enemy of my Enemy, and I'll grab the exact wording of her current Menagerie stuff. I didn't realize the Seething Heart was RNG now; it was a guaranteed drop when I did the quest on my Hunter.

Seething heart is RNG from the meatball now. What does her menagerie step say..[i].exactly[/i]? Has she completed the Enemy of my Enemy mission on that character and claimed the triumph.
