Not everyone is going to have 15k bright dust to buy all 3 armor glow sets. Its almost like you're making the in game cost so extortionate that we're going to be pushed to pay real world money for something that was nowhere near as expensive last year.

4 RepliesOr grow up and use silver...tired of seeing people complain about bright dust just cause they’re kids without jobs and their mommies said no to their credit cards
-
3 RepliesI was wondering if for example I bought the solar pack, would it be able to be used on 3 solar characters or just one time on one character?

You have up until Sept. 17 to buy the glows, they won't disappear til then. If you have everything in the best of year 1 engrams Bright Dust shouldn't be hard to get. Any extra loot you have from Eververse that you aren't using might as well dismantle it because it's going to be shards in the expansion.
-
3 RepliesI think 5k for all account characters is fair. I’m in no means in favor of eververse, but engrams and dismantling shit adds up.
-
But why?
-
it's really not that much--also, you don't have to get them. just a thought.
-
5k per color hardly seems like a lot to me.
-
1 ReplyI think the cost is fine, but the individual glows should be able to drop from the Solstice packages.
-
2 RepliesI got 25k by dismantling all eververse items I have - and I get them back with Shadowkeep so where is the problem?
-
1 ReplyReduce the bright cost overall.. Not only for glows.
-
They are trying to deplete your bright dust stash to make you grind for more in Shadowkeep. Bow to your master. 😂🤣😭
-
If you bought all the glows last year it was still 15k lol not sure what you mean by no where near as expensive last year
-
6 RepliesThis was the exact same cost as last year.
-
The cost per glow was the same last year, it was 1000 bright dust per armor piece per element. (1000 × 5 × 3 = 15,000) The biggest difference this year is there is no event engram this year to drop the glow pieces like we had last year. I only had to buy about half of the glows last year because I got several pieces from last years event engrams.

35 RepliesEdited by whateverman7: 7/30/2019 10:47:47 PMYou dont have to purchase all 3 sets today, you know that right? The event just started, you have time. Just play the game and you'll have enough to get all 3 sets by the time it's over. Also, you're incorrect, the glows cost around the same last year too. If it wasnt an issue then, it shouldnt be one now.

1 ReplyNew car cost 50k, reduce the cost because i cant be bothered to save up that much 😂 Silver spoon kid, playing the wrong game

The reality is it is not the same as it is last year if it was it would be less -blam!- in the forms they could have just as easily put the glows in the engrams with a random chance to get 1 same as they did last year but they didn't they chose to remove that option add the Treasure Chest option and then put more options in eververse hoping that more people would opt to just buying silver and purchasing them. So no matter how you argue the point or defend the point the real point is the event should be run exactly as it was the last time!! Bungee just needs to stop trying to squeeze money out of players or force them to play longer than they can to achieve things that were much easier to achieve last time around
-
Why do you feel that you need 3 sets?
-
Edited by Hells Assailent: 7/31/2019 4:41:09 PMYea make that over priced garbage like 120 Bright dust. Bungie watched this video.
-
5 RepliesWhy would they even think about that? I don't like how they set the event up because it's selfish but when has anyone on this entire forum ever seen Bungie come on this forum and change the event when it's tired to Tess? I mean, as far as I know, staying silent until any event is over to even say anything is what they have always done. Then some people wonder why I as many others like me speak up about it. It's childish for any company to act that way for 5 years now then have the nerve when any event is over to act like they made a "mistake", saying will fix it to show "we care" by making things easy to acquire from Tess when the events are over. Like who the hell gives a flying hoot about cosmetics we have collected for 2 years now that are handed out like candy?
-
That's exactly what they want you just hit the nail right on the head for all their -blam!- about Activision trying to turn it into a money making game whatever verse it's on them cuz Activision has nothing to do with bungee anymore and now there's more s*** to be bought with silver than there was before and if you want to get these items you're forced to buy them because they make the price of them so ridiculously high. By the time you even earned that much bright dust the event would be f****** over

Jet Set WillyIt’s all going concording to plan 😂🤣 - old
I had enough dust to buy them all but agree, something around half the price would seem more reasonable. -
But that would mean they get less money
