Emblem went to postmaster but postmaster was full
Rare drop crucible emblem went to posty but cadi was full. She must of lost it because I cant get it from my collections either. It was the smoldering flame emblem. Hopefully i can get it back ._.

Most likely an emblem variant. See the article for emblem variants for the main emblem: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/47568. Just inspect the main emblem to view and equip its variants.
