Ohh look another useless quest I skipped out on and reaped all the benefits of the gun guns. While the gear is going to be redundant come shadow keep. No different from the original solstice set. Great job hard pass on weeb samurai armor

The very fact you have to keep going back to the tower after every step, shows how out of touch Bungie are. We are nothing more than dollar signs and play time to them

agreed i spent hours playing iron banner only went up like 25 percent its just ridiculous i feel like that whole quest should be removed and put back to how it was before

1 ReplyThat grenade step took me the best part of a day to get...its up there with the mountaintop grind for tedious activities. The sword step I actually did really quick. Was something like 8 kills with a black talon projectile.

Edited by blade329: 7/29/2019 1:56:03 PMIt's atrocious. Going back to the last Iron Banner, I've only been able to get that quest step done on ONE CHARACTER. Getting grenade kills in PvP is just an exercise in frustration.

2 Repliesthey should just remove the quest lol there was no issue with the system of earning armor before, don't try to fix what isn't broke. If they wanted a quest for Iron Banner, why not just create a new pinnacle weapon quest available in Iron Banner exclusively?

I agree that the grenade bounty is too much. Even more annoying is the fact that we get this great opportunity to jump through the all these hoops to obtain gear we already earned in Y1 which will become irrelevant in weeks in Y3.

1 ReplyI was scared to work on this quest as I wasn’t on last Iron Banner and heard a lot of complaints on here. Started yesterday and finished the grenade kills in five games. I should’ve know this was just another thing over exaggerated by all the whiny kids on here.

Throw on an exotic for grenades. Was tedious till figuring that out. Warlocs n titans got this easy.

As soon as they do this kind of bs and force players to play in ways they don't enjoy, they deincentivize their game! Are they trying to lose more players by fixing crap that isn't broken? I mean who asked for this shit? Nobody, that's who!

Tap them with handcannon once then throw a sticky grenade on them! It's easy (titan)! Middle tree warlock insta kill grenade! And sticky grenade for hunter or you get 2 arc grenades! I agree with you about sword kills is stupid! And they need to give all the fing bounties at once not one every time you complete one that makes it unnessarilly a longer stupid grind!

The sword part is easily accomplished with the exotics and smart use of crouching in busy hallways/lanes just out of sight bit well within sword reach. I had a lot more trouble getting the grenade kills on my Hunter.

Its being halved for next iron banner, as are the sword kills. Also if anyone on your team gets a kill, its counts as yours

It took me less to do the whole scouts, autos, etc kills than to get grenade kills
