Solstice of 🤢🤮

5 Replies75 pvp kills with the same Burn. Pvp is bad enough before every person in the lobby knows you are now stuck using the same thing all day long.
-
Im so burned out on the EAZ, I dont even care about god rolled armor anymore. BUT I still keep getting fragments for every activity. Will these thousands of key fragments automatically disappear after the event, or are we going to have to discard them 1 by 1???
-
Really love how we can have thousands of key fragments but only 20 synths or 999 gunsmith materials or 100k glimmer.
-
1 ReplyMan bungie this is a real satisfying celebration of our triumphs and heroism!!! Keep the key fragments coming!! You are amazingly well thought out developers!!
-
I really expect bungie to win every award this year. I mean what an incredible thoughtful innovative development team!!! Can you even imagine something more satisfying as a reward for a year of game play, or that defines acknowledging a yearlong commitment to grinding the game than key fragments? You could not! Innovative Rewarding Celebratory !!!!
-
3 RepliesCan i tell you how thankful i am that bungie really knocked it out the park acknowledging our year long grind and accomplishments. You really understand the player and really know how to show you appreciate all the hour we put in the game. Thank you so much for key fragments!!! They are so rewarding and i have so many!!! Nothing shows appreciation like a well thought out currency! Sometimes i get more than 12 at once! Oh frabjous day! Solstice is a fine thank you to guardians for sure!!!! I hope Shadowkeep continues with these types of thoughtful fun and respectful development choices that really show players how much you think about them!!! Key fragments, nightmare fragments, crimson fragments, imperial fragments, more fragments! A stellar achievement in development!!!

1 ReplyWhy our ghost can’t locate the chests that spawn in stupid locations?

Edited by ARCHER444: 8/12/2019 1:18:07 PMIf anything, the event showed me just how stingy your drop rates are in gambit prime. Over 40 matches of GP across 3 characters and I got 3, as in t h r e e, prime weapons- sniper, smg, and a spare rations. At least the SR had a decent roll, the others were trash.

3 RepliesEdited by wikked75: 8/12/2019 11:16:20 AM200 arc super final blows on enemy guardians for the warlock (hoping thats some sort of text error) !!!!

2 Replies-blam!- you Cozmo and -blam!- this shitty ass get rich quick event.
-
I’ll tell you what I’m celebrating... the present and future and me not looking back.
-
Key fragments are great!
-
Armor upgrades should've been tied to the grind we would already have been doing, not given it's own set of requirements. The blue upgrades...no thank you! There are lots of players that didn't have a problem with it, as well as those that did. At the end of the day, it's your game. Do with it what you will, and let the chips fall where they may.
-
Cozmo You make some valid points and i agree that eververse must be removed from this game but, Whether we wanted it or not, we've stepped into a war with the Cabal on Mars. So let's get to taking out their command, one by one. Valus Ta'aurc. From what I can gather, he commands the Siege Dancers from an Imperial Land Tank just outside of Rubicon. He's well protected, but with the right team, we can punch through those defenses, take this beast out, and break their grip on Freehold.

I only have one wish that Solstice would drip more key fragments!
-
4 RepliesHey cozmo gambit sucks dick. And is not fun. Middle finger in the air.
-
5 RepliesBungie great job with solstice of the key fragments. Keep it coming with great ideas and incentives for filling out inventory up with useless items!! Its a great way to celebrate!!!
-
1 Replysomething new good I will hang around this game today and check it out.
-
So I got one set to legendary today. That was awful (boring, tedious, a complete drag grinding old content I’ve done for 12-24 months) and I will most definitely NOT be doing the other two armor sets. Eververse lack of event engrams or earning cosmetics was woeful. Why must you hurt me Bungie?
-
8 RepliesSo I'm nearly done with this Solstice grind. Well, I say nearly done, all I have left is to get 200 Arc Super kills on Guardians. What on earth were they thinking when they came up with that quest step, do they just spin a roulette wheel?!
-
7 RepliesI used to hate being put in losing Gambit matches. Now I'm praying for it thanks to this event.
-
Being a celebration ya think they just have you do one game each of fun activities instead of making you do repetitive game modes to the point you can’t stand the activity in question

7 RepliesHope Lost. I started this event hoping to be able to grind each character in about a week of 2-3hr session each day with a couple of missed days that I could make up for the next week. My thought was that 3 classes 4 weeks no problem. I also thought that Bungie would want me to grind at least for a week of normal game time for one character's gear. They also offered the armor glow ornament for gold dust which I thought always wise as it gave me a reason to dismantle a bunch of random stuff I had to be able to get it. I was so wrong. Instead I have grinded and put off watching shows at night and ignored my Girlfriend to play through a bunch of mundane content adnauseum for 12 days so far. I'm a little less than half way through upgrading my blue set of Titan solstice armor, still. I don't think I'll have the time or the fortitude to continue with the other two characters once I finally get my Titan done. Not to mention I'm one triumph away from getting the $30 shirt. I might still be able to get that and maybe it won't come 1 size too small like D1 MOT did. Has anyone actually gotten more than one character completed yet? How many days/ hours did it take you? Was it worth the grind?
-
Finish all three yesterday, took a little over two weeks. While it might seem like a grind, it still doesnt even come close to farming mats in wow.
