Iron banner is bad
Gear way to long to get and may not be what you what. Tokens are only for weapons. No armor for ranking up only guns after each game and cheating only makes it harder

1 ReplyMy misery in Invisible Banner, is I've been waiting to do my PvP Tribute for IB so now I'm being punished by having a full Menagerie layout and running Bad JuJu. WORST LOAD OUT EVER! So should have done it during Mayhem week :( Then there's matches were everyone is invisible the entire match, and yes I've done the go change gear, or closeout a completed bounty and alas everyone is still naked, err invisible. But now its almost fun (since I don't care about anything other then getting my Tribute done before IB ends and I'm at 55% now.)

Makes me wonder how people can enjoy this games pvp at all. Also I got kicked to the menu and logged back into my character and my screen is just black. It’s been a few minutes...

They were all wearing pve gear and really bad weapons. Not sure what they were thinking going in.

I'm farming for spike swarm... once you complete the bounties it becomes unbearable. loot pool is huge and most sucks. honestly the longer this goes on the more resentful I get. and yes, this is not the first IB I've grinded for this before someone says IB just started today. intentionality better be increased jn this game

1 ReplyIt wasn’t like this in D1. They actually wanted us to be rewarded for playing D1 Iron Banner and back then it was a blast. Even in year 1 D2 they had pre-rolled weapons but they took that away. I just don’t get why they are making being rewarded feel like a chore instead of a good time. 😐

9 RepliesThe worst part about iron banner is that 95% of the guns are pure trash. Swarm of the raven Bite of the fox Absolute trash weapons and roll posibilites That’s what the issue with IB is. Lack of effort from Bungie giving us 1 set of weapons for 2 years is laziness at its worst.

(On Armour that might not even have a place when SK drops ...and probably shouldn’t because there better damn well be better looking gear to acquire including new IB setup!) 1. you're wrong about not getting tokens for a loss... you get 1-2 tokens when you lose, 5-10 for winning. 2.you only get the armor when you complete the "quest" they introduced with season of opulence. the armor then has a chance to drop, but each piece will only be a possibility if you've completed the "quest" step that gave you the piece. for example, if you complete the first step boots will be added to the after match reward table.

PvP in general is trash, has been since before i stopped playing in september. Picked it back up in april and its only gotten worse since i left

essentially everything your doing right now for Armour is a waist of time. shadowkeep Armour will be the only ones with the new gear mods anyways. thats how they've always done it. just look at y1 Armour. i recommend not playing this game till shadowkeep comes out.
