Nerf Fusions (Especially Erentil) And Lord Of Wolves
I’m tired of trying to play PvP and running into people who constantly only use Erentil (or another fusion) or LoW. I am a PvP player. I have the pinnacle weapons, which by the way I worked my ass off for. I can’t even use those in game because I’m getting sniped across the map by these two weapons! Nerf the effective range please.
EDIT: I’m not asking for damage nerfs, I’m simply asking for the effective range to be reduced. That’s all. I also agree there is a shotgun problem. They could use a rework too, believe me. But for people to say that LoW is fine, even after Bungie has recognized that it’s broken, is crazy. You all have your own opinions, no need to be jerks about this. A simple conversation is fine!

Edited by Sintonel: 7/17/2019 5:35:14 AMLoW is a problem for sure, i have it but i havent used it in pvp mostly because it'd take up my sniper slot but also because i just dont enjoy using it. as for erentil, jesus [i]christ[/i] that thing's range needs to be cut like an overgrown weed. i'm sick and tired of being mapped by what's conceptually meant to be a laser shotgun. however, it's the only fuse ive had problems with, (except jotunn, but thats a different situation) so what else has been bugging you?

8 RepliesGo cry somewhere else, you have been playing destiny for long enough now to know it’s full of cheesy one hit kill things. That’s destiny if you want a more balanced pvp go play something else sook. By your own admission you have the pvp pinnacles it also looks like your a shotgun ape to. And the second something becomes meta that can counter all the stuff you use, you cry piles of salt for nerfs. Grow up and accept it or find another game

2 RepliesI use my Wizened Rebuke often and I can see why it's irritating to play against. I consistently map players at a decent range. If Bungie were to reduce the range of these high impact fusion rifles I would have a hard time understanding why they would be used at all. They are meant to be used at a distance. We all know how Bungie works: the moment they add a steep damage drop off these fusions won't OHK at at all and shotguns will laugh hysterically at their weak attempt to compete.

3 RepliesErentil is really the only standout fusion rifle, the rest are fine where they are. LoW has more impact on pc but they have already stated theyre looking at fixing that problem

1 ReplyPpl are abusing them. They will get nerfed once Bungie analyses all their pie charts. Any time Bungie notices any gun is being abused it gets Nerfed eventually. Sometimes it just takes them forever cuz they are lazy pieces of shït.

2 RepliesThe issue with Erentil is that with the right roll- it's disgusting. As many can see by the amount of 'NERF IT!' posts on the forums. A god roll VS a subpar roll VS crap roll Erentil... A god roll Erentil will cross the map, because the bolts are tightly packed together and it takes only... what, four bolts? A subpar roll can do fine, but it's less reliable. But you will still snag those cross map kills every so often. A crap roll will never perform well outside of shotgun range. And with Menagerie allowing you to farm for a God Roll... it's more so how patient you are. With a god roll, the gun is 'perfect'. And they already said they'll nerf Lord of Wolves when they get around to it. So... asking for them to nerf LoW is pointless, they're already going to do it.

Next game, oh two titans with that same fusion rifle ok.. What’s the charge rate on that fusion? How is he one shoting me across the damn map? He took me outta my super that fast?? He’s really pre charging around corners?? Next game of comp, 4stack hunter clan all running that same enretil. Yeah this gun needs a -blam!-in nerf..
